Along with Pistachio, Hazelnut is also considered as the most common nut Gelato. At Ghignoni, we only use imported Piedmont (Italy) Hazelnuts. We then add flakes of roasted hazelnuts to intensify the aroma and get a crunchier, chewier texture.
